| On Friday, URS signed a 91k SF lease at Milestone IV inGermantown, a 5,000 SF expansion of the firm's current space in Montgomery County. Trammel Crow developed the six-story building on behalf of Multi-Employer Property Trust, which bought the 45-acre Milestone Business Park with existing buildings Milestone I and II (currently 83% leased) in 2004. CBRE's Dennis Owen tells us URS moves in this June. |
