"We're Back" and "Industrial Rocks" were headlines panelists at our Bisnow Industrial Summit suggested this morning at the Westin Galleria in Dallas. Before a crowd of more than 400, top officials of Duke, IDI, Majestic, Trammell Crow, CBRE, the Holmes Firm, and Hillwood Investment Properties suggested a wave of higher demand and low cap rates is making its way toward Texas from California following higher export activity and reawakened capital markets.
