We joined JLL's Chris Espenshade for drinks at NYC’s Tavern 51 at The Palace Hotel during her recent trip north and snapped her with colleague Maggie Coleman, JP Morgan's Hilary Bullard, and Vornado's Charlotte Davis. Chris, who heads JLL's affordable housing platform and its Baltimore multifamily group, has $800M worth of deals (10 assets) in the hopper and closed $215M in Q1 in Ashburn, Va., Prince George's County, Md., and Philadelphia. Also in Q1, Chris hit Disney World with her two kids, where she had the pleasure of dining with Doc McStuffins and Sofia the First.
