The Maryland Transit Administration Police signed a 29k SF lease for its training centerat Northwest Baltimore's Seton Business Park last week. Renovations are underway, with the good guys bringing 70 employees for a March 2011 move-in.
It also opens up the construction for a new 538k SF, $150M Social Security Administration facility at the old MTA location. JBG is developing a transit-oriented complex across from the Reisterstown Metro Station that will house over 1,000 SSA employees and feature two office buildings; delivery is slated for 2014.
