To wit: fruit and vegetable distributor Sun Belle Berries just bought 8375 Patuxent Range Rd (former home of Ann's House of Nuts) from Honey Mountain for $4.25M. Sun Belle will bring 15-20 employees from its DC location (3160 V St NE) to the 63k SF building, which was built in 1978. Honey was repped by Bob Smith and John Boote of NAI KLNB. Sun Belle was repped by Ken Griffin and Franco Fiorio of NAI The Michael Cos .
