Light Street Residential Tower, Hanover Apartments Start Construction

A luxury tower on Light Street and an apartment building in the Stadium Square complex are among the four South Baltimore developments that have begun construction, according to SouthBmore.com. Questar Properties' tower at 414 Light St will include 400 apartments and ground-floor retail. Hanover Co has begun construction on 299 market-rate apartments and 15k SF of retail at Leadenhall and Race streets.

Construction has also begun on the new incarnation of legendary nightclub Hammerjack's, at 1300 Russell St, and the Stadium Square office building on West Ostend Street. [SouthBmore]
