No one's got any concerns about the supply stream of tenants and thus the demand for space around Fort Meade. Evidence: the 3M SF of spec office that COPT has delivered at the nearby National Business Park.
Yesterday, COPT's Bill Barroll told us there's another 1.5M SF coming. And lease-up is fast and furious, with Boeing, Booz Allen, and TexelTek signing for 308 Sentinel Dr over the past year.
The 125k SF 430 National Business Pkwy delivered in June and is almost fully leased; and 410 National Business Parkway is coming in December.
