Merritt Properties is JV-ing with Centric Business Systems to build its new $6M, 39k SF HQ at Owings Mills Business Park. The single-story building will be on a six-acre lot that?ll be co-owned by Merritt and Centric president Rick Bastinelli. Construction finishes late this summer; Lou Boeri repped Merritt with KLNB?s Bill Miller repping Centric.
