| JLL Houston prez Dan Bellow is in on a secret: His company formulated an accurate (93.75% level of confidence) way to pick the NCAA champs. The model analyzes office vacancy rates and was used to correctly predict the Packers as Super Bowl winners last month. JLL hypothesizes the National Championship game in Houston will feature two teams from major markets, leaving about 20legit contenders. From there, it's about picking the lowest vacancyrates: they're Final Four had Ohio State (16.6% vacancy in Columbus), Richmond (11.7%), Temple, and St. John's. While the latter two are knocked out, we're believers if the 12th seeded Richmond Spiders take the trophy. They're playing Kansas Friday, so stay tuned. |
