| Kinsley Properties and Sherwood Partners break ground in two weeks on the first 120k SF office building at Fieldside Commonsnear Aberdeen Proving Ground, with delivery next January. Fieldside's zoned for 500k SF of office space in four buildings geared toward BRAC-related contractors. Cassidy Turley's Doug Brinkley(who's handling leasing) tells us many APG contractor employees live near Bel Air, so Kinsley and Sherwood decided to develop the 24-acre office site because it's close to both. Sources say space is renting in the low- to mid-$30s/SF. It's also next to Ripken Stadium. Putting in long hours at the office might help you catch a home run. |
