Mullan Contracting Co was awarded a $21M contract from Baltimore County for a renovation and expansion of Millford Mill Academy on the city-county border Tuesday. Plans include a new gym (cheers from students), extra classrooms (silence), and replacing all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems (indifference). It's the school?s third major construction effort (it's been around for 60 years); the project timetable is 40 months.
