ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL (AND BURGERS AND CHICKEN)?

Gino's Burgers and Chicken is back! The first location in Greater Baltimore opened this week in St. John Properties' Shops at Maryland Executive Park in Towson. At the pre-opening event were St. John's Bill Holzman, Ed Block Courage Award Foundation's Sam Lamantia, former Baltimore Colts Art Donovan and Ordell Braase, St. John's Al Cunniff, and former Colt Jim Mutscheller. What's football got to do with it? Colts players Gino Marchetti and Alan Ameche founded the chain in the '50s. The Marriott Corp bought it in '82 and eventually converted the stores to Roy Rogers. But now, Gino and restaurant vets Tom Romano and Tom Clatterbuck have formed a partnership to bring the chain back. Get hungry because they're reviving the Gino Giant burger, which was around before the Big Mac.
Is that Heinz we spy? Someone needs to remind NAI KLNB's Joe Nolan and Mike Mull, Abeshouse Partners' Lynn Abeshouse, and NAI KLNB's Bill Miller to lay off the ketchup. Don't they know the Steelers play in Heinz Field?
You can't have football without cheerleaders! Former Baltimore Colts No. 1 fans Diane Wit and Holly Russell.
