CBRE has been named to market a 52-acre campus in North Austin with frontage on MoPac Expressway.
The location, 14231 Tandem Blvd., is a 186K SF office/lab/server building off Merrilltown Drive. About a quarter of the property is under short-term leases. CBRE will market the property for a corporate campus or mixed-use development.
"With valuable and extensive frontage along MoPac Expressway, 14231 Tandem represents one of the most exciting value-add opportunities across the entire Austin market,” CBRE Senior Vice President John Alvarado said in a statement. “In addition to the developable land sites, another 35,250 SF of rentable office space can be added to the building.”
Alvarado, Jared Chua, Gary Carr, Evan Stone and Jennifer Joseph with CBRE’s Office Investment Properties will market the property.
