The second, at 340 Enrique Barrera Pkwy, is 50k SF on 4.25 acres. Both are anchored by Arlan’s Market, a local grocery store chain with 20 locations across south Texas, and Family Dollar. BMC Capital's Dallas office arranged a $2.6M bridge loan for the purchase and rehab of a multifamily property in San Antonio. The three-year fixed-rate loan included 75% LTC and interest-only as well as funds for significant capital improvements to the property. The loan was arranged through one of BMC Capital’s correspondent non-bank lender relationships.
