WellStar Commits to Fairlead's Marietta Investment

The boys from Fairlead Commercial Real Estate have inked a long-term deal with WellStar Health System at their Parkway Center building in Marietta. The healthcare firm signed for 21k SF at the 460k SF office complex off Franklin Road, where it plans to relocate some of its admin inside the 1800 building by next year. Fairlead's Jeff Shaw and Jim Caswell (two on right, along with Kerry Davidsen and Stewart Thrash) brokered the deal for the landlord, while McWhirter Realty Partners' Dan Buyers represented WellStar. Since acquiring Parkway Center in 2014, Fairlead has inked some 100k SF of deals there, Jeff says.
