Here's a first look at the Mercedes-Benz HQ at Sterling Pointe II thanks to Cushman & Wakefield's Andy Sumlin. Andy released a pic of the luxury automaker's HQ entryway at the nearly 200k SF Central Perimeter building with the quote, "The Eagle has landed Sterling Pointe" on his Twitter feed this past week (@andysumlin). Mercedes is taking shorter term space at Sterling Pointe II as it develops its 250k SF office campus off Abernathy Road.
