The firm has inked a renewal for nearly 15k SF at the Alpharetta office park, with DTZ's Kirk Diamond (here) and April Hawkinson repping the tenant. Lincoln Property Co's Hunter Henritze and Michael Howell represented the landlord, Equity Office.
