Three Deals Lock Up Peachtree Corners Building

Summer deals have helped a Peachtree Corners office building fill to the brim.

Ansco & Associates inked a five-year deal for 31k SF at 5250 Triangle Pkwy, a 181k SF flex office project. Cresa's Kevin Creel (above) brokered the deal for the tenant, while Lincoln Property's Matt Davis inked for the landlord, The Ardent Cos.

This comes on the heels of another two-fer deal over the summer: Stericycle's 19k SF lease at the property and Comverge's 36k SF renewal. Together, the deals secure all the space in the building.
