Rooms To Go is about to deck out a new home in Brookhaven.
The furniture retail giant has signed a new 60K SF lease at 4004 Perimeter Summit, where it plans to move from its current Atlanta headquarters at The Terraces in Dunwoody, Bisnow has learned.
The 4004 building is the newer tower in the four-building Perimeter Summit office park, developed by Seven Oaks Co. and located in Central Perimeter. Seven Oaks, which delivered the 355K SF tower last year, landed Carr, Riggs & Ingram for 49,500 SF in 2019.
The Rooms To Go Atlanta headquarters deal is the second lease in the new building.
CBRE Senior Vice President Bryan Heller and Vice President Sabrina Gibson, as well as Seven Oaks Co. principal Randy Holmes and Director of Development Andrew Pearson, represented the landlord. Savills Executive Managing Directors David Rubenstein, John Flack and Bo Keatley represented Rooms To Go.
While Rooms To Go's main headquarters remains in Seffner, Florida, where the company was founded, CEO Jeff Seaman works out of the Atlanta office, officials said.
“We believe that our new office environment will help us recruit additional talented associates as we grow our Atlanta headquarters significantly over the next several years,” Seaman said in a statement.
