RGRE Forays Into Buckhead Office Ownership

RG Real Estate is branching out into office ownership.

RGRE's Ryan Goldstein tells us his firm purchased 90 West Wieuca Road in Buckhead, a two-story, 24k SF office building, for $3.6M from Smith, Adcock & Co.

The accounting firm leased back its space, and the building remains fully occupied with a motley crew of tenants. For RGRE, the move enhances its holdings of Class-B and C office office assets, this time in the coveted Buckhead market.

The deal caps a busy year for Ryan, who also helped sell 4800 Ashford Dunwoody Road, a 45k SF mid-rise building just down the street from Perimeter Mall, to the City of Dunwoody, which plans to use the facility as its city hall.

Ryan brokered the sale for a private investor, along with Colliers International's Fred Sheets. And he just helped PFVS Architects sell its 24k SF Sandy Springs office building at 5755 Dupree Drive to Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians for $4.75M.
