It's confirmed. As we first reported here, sources confirm that Carter has secured a lease at 715 Peachtree with Regus to debut its new Spaces co-working concept in Atlanta. The firm was in talks to lease in excess of 60k SF at the 330k SF former JC Penney Co regional HQ that Carter is transforming into a tech office boutique project. Carter, in a JV with Pacific Coast Capital Partners, purchased the circa-1970s facility last year at 3rd and Peachtree streets. Officials with Carter and Regus could not be contacted as of press time.
