Parkside Partners Moving Forward On Payscape Headquarters

Payscape's new Midtown corporate headquarters is taking another step toward reality.

Parkside Partners has filed special application permits with the City of Atlanta to allow the redevelopment of 1438 West Peachtree St into a multi-tenant office building with a 115-space parking deck.

Payscape is expected to move its headquarters from 729 Lambert Drive into the new facility once completed.

This is the latest in a slew of projects by Parkside Partners within the metro area.

At last count, Parkside officials said the firm had a $40M pipeline, including North Station, a 125k SF boutique office project at 6903 Peachtree-Dunwoody Road, adjacent to the North Springs MARTA station, being built in a JV with Atlanta-based Greenstone Properties; Parkside's Chamblee MARTA station redevelopment in a JV with Pattillo Industrial Real Estate called Trackside, which will also house Pattillo's HQ; and a 54k SF adaptive reuse loft office project called Chamblee-Parkside.
