Parkside Partners Betting on Boutique Office in Midtown

Parkside Partners' Kyle Jenks and Eli Green plan to redevelop a small office building in Midtown into a boutique office.

The firm will reposition the 40k SF at 1280 West Peachtree connected to the 1280 West condominium tower into an industrial loft-style office with rooftop terrace for $12M called 16th Station.

That is, when Parkside nabs its anchor tenant. “Securing a lead tenant for 25k SF of space would bring approximately 100 employees to this section of West Peachtree Street,” Eli says.
