Oracle Headed to One Glenlake?

Sources tell us that software maker Oracle, once a mainstay tenant at Northpark Town Center, is in talks to take 50k SF of sublease space from Newell Rubbermaid at One Glenlake, just down the road. The move means that Northpark's new owners--Cousins Properties, which paid $348M for the 1.5M SF campus this past October--will have 175k SF to lease now, 70k SF of which was Oracle's. This potential loss comes on the heels of a big HQ capture last week when Veritiv officially announced plans to move to Northpark Town Center. Calls to Cousins were not returned as of press time.
