We caught up with John Hancock's Zach Wooten waiting in line to sit on Santa's lap at Phipps Plaza during his firm's holiday broker event at the mall last week. Zach says John Hancock certainly has reason to be merry this season: It signed 120k SF in new deals at Proscenium--including EarthLink--and another 30k SF of new deals at 1100 Peachtree.
