LG Headed To Alpharetta With Regional Office

LG's refrigeration division is consolidating its regional offices to Alpharetta. The company has picked 40k SF at 4300 Northpoint Pkwy, the facility owned by Hanjin Shipping. and is in final lease negotiations. As we previously reported here, Hanjin downsized to a single floor and has been attempting to lease the rest of the building with Transwestern's Bradley Fulkerson. Cushman & Wakefield's Peyton Wimberly brokered for LG.
