Law Firm Movin' On Up To SunTrust Plaza Address

An Atlanta law firm is upgrading its office space to a prime Peachtree Street address as its current home may go multifamily. Drew Eckl & Farnham inked a 60k SF lease for SunTrust Plaza, the 60-story tower at 303 Peachtree St and one of the most prominent skyscrapers in the Downtown Atlanta skyline. Portman Holdings' Travis Garland repped the landlord, while JLL's Ian Henderson and John Winter repped the law firm. Drew Eckl & Farnham's offices at 880 West Peachtree have long been slated for demolition to make way for a Trammell Crow apartment tower.
