Law Firm Headed to 271 17th St

An intellectual property law firm that's a mouthful is headed to Atlantic Station. Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner inked a 26,200 SF lease at 271 17th St, the 542k SF office tower in Midtown's mini city that is also set to be the new home for Sage Software, which we first reported here. CBRE's Jeff Keppen and Nicole Goldsmith brokered the deal for the landlord, CBRE Global Investors. JLL's Brad Armstrong, Chris Wagner and Shannon Price, along with CBRE's Robert Copito, represented the law firm. The firm is relocating from Downtown Atlanta's SunTrust Tower.
