HD Supply Breaks Ground In Cobb

We got Colliers International's Douglas Biggs, Cobb County Board of Commissioners Chairman Tim Lee, HD Supply CEO Joe DeAngelo, Greenstone Properties' De Little, and Georgia Department of Economic Development's Tom Croteau to pose during a groundbreaking ceremony this week for the new HD Supply HQ and Leadership Development Center in Cobb County.

Greenstone is developing the 222k SF project, previously known as Encore Center, at 3400 Cumberland Blvd, that will debut in 2018 and will host HD Supply's HQ space, training and customer support center. In a recent call with analysts, Joe said the new facility was "absolutely essential to allow us to have complete clarity in terms of what our priority focus areas are."
