Hospital System Expands At Historic Tower

Grady Health Systems is taking more of The Hurt.

In one of the most ironic transactions in 2016 so far, the hospital system has inked 24k SF at Houston-based Boxer Property's 50 Hurt Plaza. Boxer's David Barry and Adam Blue brokered the transaction.

Boxer purchased the historic 436k SF Downtown Atlanta landmark in 2012 when it was half full. The deal with Grady means the hospital's total presence in the 17-story tower is now more than 80k SF.
