Exotec subleased 37K SF from FullStory at 1745 Peachtree St., a company spokesperson confirmed to Bisnow via email. Brookwood Place is a mixed-use project owned by Selig Enterprises right where Peachtree Street crosses over the Interstate 75/85 interchange.

Software firm FullStory leased the former retail space, which used to be a Kroger and an art supply store, in 2018 and converted it into its headquarters. It is unclear when FullStory emptied the office, but Stream Realty Partners had been advertising a more than 49K SF sublease in the same building on LoopNet. A FullStory spokesperson didn't respond to messages seeking comment.

"This new office is a testament to our growth in the market and our dedication to delivering and supporting large-scale, complex deployments for customers seeking comprehensive, end-to-end automation solutions," Exotec Managing Director Stanislas Normand said in a press release. "We are aggressively hiring hardware and software engineers to support growing demand for our solutions."

Exotec's new headquarters can house up to 250 employees, and the company announced it plans to grow its headcount over the next three years after recently surpassing $1B in sales of its warehouse automation equipment and software.

Exotec established its North American headquarters in Atlanta in 2022 at 200 Ottley Drive, a location the France-based company said it will continue to operate as a service center for its robotics equipment.

CORRECTION, OCT. 10, 1:45 P.M. ETThis story has been updated to reflect that the Buckhead office for Exotec is its North American headquarters. The company is based in France.
