A prominent Atlanta fintech company is packing up its boxes in the suburbs and moving into the city.

Fleetcor Technologies has inked a deal for 46K SF at Terminus 100, a 660K SF tower in the heart of Buckhead. The new space will become its official headquarters, which is now in Peachtree Corners, a suburban city 17 miles north of Buckhead.

Fleetcor, which develops software that electronically processes payments, currently leases 100K SF at 5445 Triangle Parkway. It was unclear if Fleetcor plans to vacate all its space in favor of the new Buckhead office, which is owned by Cousins Properties.

“We expect to relocate during the fourth quarter of this year," Fleetcor CEO Ron Clarke said in a statement. "It is a terrific property and will bring a fresh, new energy to our staff as we continue the Fleetcor journey."

The company is taking space at Terminus 100 vacated by Bain & Co., which moved to 1180 Peachtree in Midtown in 2017. CBRE Senior Vice President Kevin Carroll represented Fleetcor.
