First Look: NCR's Midtown Office

Here's a first glimpse of NCR's new Midtown high-rise. The financial tech giant tapped Cousins Properties to develop the 485k SF tower at 8th and Spring streets near Georgia Tech's Tech Square. NCR inked a 15-year lease with Cousins to fill the tower, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and the developer expects to break ground on the $200M tower next year. [AJC]
