Fairlead's Second Florida Buy

Fairlead Commercial Real Estate just acquired Fifth Third Center—a 281k SF tower in Tampa's CBD across from the city hall—from Terrace Tower Tampa for an undisclosed sum. This is the latest Florida acqusition by Fairlead, which recently purchased three Class-A office buildings in Jacksonville (which we reported here). The two buys combine to a $70M investment in the Sunshine State, says Fairlead's Jeff Shaw. CBRE's Dale Peterson brokered the sale.
