Cousins Files Permits To Start MAC Work At 191 Peachtree

Cousins Properties is readying a chamber for the Chamber. The developer filed permits with the City of Atlanta to begin interior work at 191 Peachtree Tower for the Metro Atlanta Chamber. As we previously reported here, MAC is moving to the 1.2M SF tower with a 25k SF space fashioned to be attractive to its growing number of Millennial staffers as well as impress out-of-state and local business leaders and dignitaries. The permit will focus on the 34th floor.
