Comcast's regional HQ is staying in Peachtree Corners. It's just heading to newer digs.
Sources tell us that Comcast is in talks to lease 88k SF at 6200 The Corners Pkwy, the 143k SF wooded campus office building and former home to Wells REIT. Currently the company is housed in the Northwoods Atlanta office park at 2985 Courtyards Dr in Norcross. Officials with landlord rep PM Realty Group and Comcast rep JLL did not return calls seeking comment. A spokesperson for Comcast declined to comment.
