CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield Heavy Hitters Move To Stream Realty

Cre Brokerage Leaders Noted An Uptick In Real Estate Leasing Activity In The Second Quarter.

Stream Realty Partners has beefed up its office representation group in Atlanta with four key hires.

Stream hired former CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Bryan Heller and Peter McGuone, as well as former Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director Glenn Kolker and Senior Director Preston Menning, to join the firm's office practice in Atlanta.

Former CBRE senior associate Parker Welton, who was with Heller and McGuone, also joined Stream. Heller, McGuone, Kolker and Menning have an average of more than 20 years in the business.

“The origins of this collective team came after months of discussion on helping clients navigate dynamics in a market that has been constantly evolving even prior to the pandemic,” Heller said in a statement. “It became clear that we complemented each other with our client roster, experience, and specialized skill sets.”
