Davidson Webster Associates' Reid Davidson has been out of commission since May as he battled throat cancer. He got the “all clear” this week, he tells us, and just returned from a well-deserved and long-overdue trip to the beach. And he also kicked the market's butt with a fresh deal in celebration of being cancer-free: Reid brokered the expansion of Triage, a San Fran-based healthcare consulting firm, by 13k SF for a total of 36k SF at 1100 Peachtree. (John Hancock's Zach Wooten repped the landlord.) We raise our glasses to Reid for not only being among that honored club of cancer survivors, but also for coming out of the recovery box swinging. Here's to many more deals!
