Braves Ink 61k SF Office Deal In Marietta

A flex office project in Marietta is about to get its fill of bobbleheads and traffic barriers.

The Atlanta Braves have signed a 61k SF deal at Franklin Forest Business Park, a nine-building, 306k SF flex office and warehouse complex that's barely five miles from the Braves' new stadium in Cobb County. Lavista Associates' Will Grogan and Charlie Fiveash (here at his family lake house on Lake Chatuge) brokered the 10-year deal for the landlord, High Street Realty Co.

Fiveash said the Braves plans to use the location for back office operations and to store promotional materials and traffic mitigation equipment, like traffic barriers. The Braves are expected to open their 2017 season at SunTrust Park.
