The Beltline's first spec office building is making strides. Tecton has filed land disturbance permits for The Willoughby, a 59k SF small office building that will be targeted to small firms, and is along the Beltline. One of the distinguishing features of the building – aside from the giant address – will be a private shower and restroom in each office suite.
As we first reported here, Tecton tapped Pimsler Hoss' Randy Pimsler and Cross-Town Realty's Jason Eden (here) for the project – Randy to design and Jason to market. It's expected to break ground in January with a 2016 opening.
