Atlanta Opera Secures Back Office On Beltline

It's not over until...well you know. Until the lease is finally executed! The Atlanta Opera inked a renewal for its corporate office and rehearsal space in Building 300 at the Atlanta Technology Center in West Midtown, where it's been since 2007. The single-story, 16k SF office property is along the budding Beltline, which the Atlanta Opera's Tomer Zvulun (here) cited as the reason it's staying put. Details of the renewal were not disclosed as of press time, but the deal does include adding a back patio along the future Beltline trail for visitors and staff to use during rehearsal intermissions.
