Congrats to Boston Properties' Tom Hill, whom REBNY bestowed with the newly named Edward A. Riguardi Commercial Management Leadership Award at its 8th annual awards breakfast on Thursday. Here, Edward joins Tom, Tishman Speyer's Mike Norton, and REBNY prez Steven Spinola; the award recognizes his 45 years of service to the real estate industry. Also honored: CBRE's Mark Furman as on-site manager of the year, Cassidy Turley's Jack Terranova as corporate management exec of the year, and CBRE's Louis Trimboli, who took home the John M. Griffin Community Service Award.
