Three Midtown Projects Surge Forward

Three major Midtown projects are moving forward with City of Atlanta permits.

Cousins Properties filed permits for the second phase of NCR's Midtown HQ at 864 Spring St; Pollack Shores filed permits to go vertical on its new apartment tower at 1270 Spring St, a five-story, 256-unit apartment complex that's supposed to include 13,500 SF of retail; and JPX Works filed permits to go forward on its visually stunning Emerson condo tower (here).
