SunTrust Loans Hefty Mortgage For Colony Square Buy

North American Properties has SunTrust Bank to thank for helping it get back into the Midtown real estate game.

SunTrust provided a five-year, $115M mortgage for NAP's $166M purchase of Colony Square this month from Tishman Speyer and Rialto Capital Management, according to Commercial Real Estate Direct.

NAP purchased the 955k mixed-use tower at the corner of 14th and Peachtree streets (Main and Main in Midtown) in a JV with Lionstone Investments. [CRED]
