NA Properties Secures Another O4W Site

The Thrilla is gone. Now it's going to be a new North American Properties project. As we previously reported here, our favorite LLC name ever—The Thrilla on Ralph McGilla—has sold the property at 720 Ralph McGill in the Old Fourth Ward to the prolific mixed-use developer for a future multifamily mixed-use project. Officials with North American and with the LLC did not return calls seeking comment. In permits filed with the City of Atlanta, owners of Thrilla got approval for a five-story mixed-use project that could include 245 apartment units and nearly 6k SF of commercial space. Thrilla previously operated Thunderbox Studios, a music rehearsal space, at the property.
