Midtown Sees Four New Potential Projects

Four new developments could be coming out of Midtown earth in the near future, including a boutique condo project by Atlanta's Kim King Associates. Midtown Development Review Committee revealed the four projects it's reviewed here. Kim King—headed by his son, Beau King—is proposing an eight-story, 14-unit condo project at 238 14th St (pictured). Other projects include:

  • Spring House by SCAD, a 500-bed student housing dorm at 1470 Spring St for Savannah College of Art and Design students.

  • Carter's planned renovation of 715 Peachtree St, which will look to add 11k SF of street-level retail that could include outdoor dining.

  • 208 Twelfth St, a four-story apartment project on 12th Street between Piedmont and Juniper proposed by Elmhurst Capital.
