Lincoln, Vantage Tapped To Lease Former Aaron's HQ

The Loudermilk Cos has finally put its marketing team in place for its former Aaron's HQ building in Buckhead redo.

Loudermilk has tapped Lincoln Property's Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze to lease the 100k SF boutique office building, now called 309 East Paces Ferry, while using Vantage Realty Partners' Brittany McCall to lease the 10k SF of ground-floor retail right in the heart of the Buckhead Village.

Loudermilk, along with partners Knox Properties and Redan Group, are redeveloping the tower as a Class-A boutique office project, which is scheduled to debut next summer.
