Here's a first glimpse of Jeff Fuqua's latest mixed-use gambit, this time directly on a future leg of the Beltline. Fuqua Development--with the help of Vantage Realty Partners--is marketing 905 Memorial Dr, a 17-acre mixed-use project on the site of the 300k SF Leggett & Platt warehouse that was put up for sale last year.
Fuqua's marketing flyer contains not only renderings of the project, but offers more details of what to expect:
100k SF of retail and restaurant space anchored by a grocery store and a theater. It's been reported by Atlanta Intown that Sprouts and Cinebistro will anchor the project.
There will be 120k SF of office and mixed-use space.
The project will contain more than 600 apartment units, as well as some 100 condo units in two buildings.
Retail stores along the future extension of the Beltline's Eastside Trail will sport two-sided glass storefronts.
More than 1,500 apartment units are currently underway nearby, with a population of 409,000 within three miles of the site.
