Coro Reveals Disco Kroger Vision

Here's Coro Realty Advisors vision for what will sprout up next to the famed Disco Kroger in Buckhead. The mixed-use project off Piedmont Road will include 40k SF of retail and office as well as plans for a 186-room hotel and a 190-unit apartment complex that will act as Phase 2 of the 2005 apartment tower, all attached to the 150k SF Buckhead Place shopping center—home to LA Fitness, Marshalls and Kroger. Coro's Patti Pearlberg told Buckhead View the firm looks to start construction by Q1 2016 at the latest. [BV]
