Here's Coro Realty Advisors vision for what will sprout up next to the famed Disco Kroger in Buckhead. The mixed-use project off Piedmont Road will include 40k SF of retail and office as well as plans for a 186-room hotel and a 190-unit apartment complex that will act as Phase 2 of the 2005 apartment tower, all attached to the 150k SF Buckhead Place shopping center—home to LA Fitness, Marshalls and Kroger.
