For Carter and Selig Enterprises, Sandy Springs' new city center development is a go.
The firms, in a partnership with the City of Sandy Springs, have closed on land to begin the first phase of the new mixed-use City of Sandy Springs government complex. The first phase will include 275 residential flats and 19 townhouses, as well as 30k SF of street-level retail in a area bounded by Johnson Ferry and Roswell roads, Sandy Springs Circle and Mt Vernon Highway.
The initial developments are slated to be delivered by 2017. The total project will eventually feature city government offices, a performing arts center, meeting space and greenspace.
